Commitment of excellence
The entire process of Redevelopment is complicated and is loaded with various legal formalities. Lack of precise knowledge and practical work-flow worsens the process further, as it ultimately delays negotiations.
As per the latest guidelines released on 4th July 2019, under Section 79A, Govt. of Maharashtra has made it mandatory to appoint a Project Management Consultancy to confer housing societies throughout the redevelopment process.
Over these years, we realized that a small mistake can create a big problem redevelopment of a housing society. It can be a small piece of missing document or a small negligence in the agreements with service providers like builders, architects, etc.
Redevelopment of society buildings increase the value of individual flats & the entire building. The Society members can get new flats with extra space and modern amenities at free of cost and free them to live a comfortable life.
